Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Do you feel as though you lack control? Always struggling with that overwhelming feeling of anxiety? Colleen is here to support you in understanding your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment, you will learn to create coping tools to navigate through overwhelming times. Colleen’s approach to therapy is informed by a holistic and biopsychosocial view integrating CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy techniques, and ACT.

Earning a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology, Colleen works with high-performing individuals and athletes. Additionally, Colleen supports all people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, life transitions, addictions, anger management, perfectionism, and injuries.

When it comes to working with athletes, Colleen takes on a holistic approach recognizing that the athlete is a person first. Growing up as a competitive figure skater she has personally experienced the many different stresses that elite athletes face in sport. For yourself that may look like performance anxiety, nerves, stress, injuries, athletic identity, lack of confidence, disordered eating, or body image concerns. Colleen works with individuals to find their optimal performance and wellbeing in and outside of sport.
