Life is sometimes overwhelming. Relationships, mental, emotional or physical health struggles, tragedy or trauma can be difficult to cope with. As a caring professional, I would like to help you through these circumstances.

For over 30 years I have helped people through work with Family and Child Services, Social Services, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), private practice and volunteer work. I believe that everyone who wants to face life's challenges well can benefit from counselling.
