I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the community and in private practice. I have experience as a program coordinator, as a clinical supervisor of practicum students, and in providing direct clinical therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings for people who have been impacted by trauma, grief, mental health issues, and addictions.
I work with adult individuals (19+ years old) and have particular expertise in the areas of trauma, gender, and sexuality. My practice incorporates an integrated, relational approach, and I embrace an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ-positive lens in my work.
